Park Estates is a development created in a lovely corner
of Oakland County, boasting the two vibrant communities of
the City of Novi and the City of Northville. Each city is
an exciting statement to neighborhood beauty and planned urban
living. Both offer the best in retail establishments, restaurants,
and recreational facilities with easy access to international
travel and a board base of national and international organizations.
The City of Novi was incorporated in 1968 and has since been
recognized in such diverse places as the Better Homes and
Gardens and the Expansion Management Magazine. While the city
is serviced by several school districts, all are of the highest
quality and among them have received many various awards for
outstanding curriculum and student participation.
The City of Northville is also a distinct community of approximately
6500 residents. The City was incorporated in 1955 and has
since created a lovely neighborhood community of rolling hills
and an award winning School District. Unique to this community
is a "small town" city district. The well-kept Historic District
retains many stately Victorian-era architecture homes. There
are old-fashioned street lamps, benches, specialty shops,
galleries, theaters, restaurants, businesses, and preserved
landmarks. The overall housing mixture in Novi includes single-family
residences, condominiums ms, and multi-family complexes.
Locked closely together, these two cities are a 30 minute
drive from downtown Detroit and 25 minutes from downtown Ann
Arbor. The communities are touched by major thoroughfares
making travel and commuting easy in any direction. |
